Acquittals Dashboard
The Acquittals Dashboard is accessed from P2i's Main Dashboard's Acquittals menu item. Refer to Acquittals menu item.
The main areas of the dashboard are highlighted in the following image.
This image of the Acquittals Dashboard shows all available Applications (Apps). For an individual user, the number of apps may be different. Refer to Assign Permission Role/s.
Acquittals Dashboard Applications (Apps)
To effectively perform their role, each user will need to be given access to appropriate applications (apps) within the Acquittals Dashboard.
Note By default, a new user receives all apps. The assigned permission role will limit the access within the app. Refer to Acquittals Dashboard - Permission Roles table.
These applications are:

Home Page (CLP) Provides access to the Acquittals Dashboard's Home Page. If this is the default page for a user, the user can access other Acquittals Dashboard Applications from here, otherwise the user will need to use the app switcher icon ( |

Contract Management Hub (CIS) The Contract Management Hub lists all P2i contracts the Funded Organisation has with departments. |

Dashboard (DBS) The Dashboard provides the ability to find outstanding work:

Annual Financial Statements (AFS) Allows the user to upload annual finance statements (including the Annual Audited Financial Statement and the Annual Acquittal Statement). Refer to Financial Statements (Acquittals). |

Special Purpose Financial Acquittals (FAS) Allows the user to upload quarterly profit and loss statements. |

Milestone (MSS) Lists all milestone reports the Funded Organisation is required to submit. These appear in the form of work items. Refer to Milestone Reports. |

One-Off (OOS) Lists all one-off reports the Funded Organisation is required to submit. These appear in the form of work items. Refer to One-Off Reports. |

Social Service Fulfilment (SSF) Lists all performance based acquittals the Funded Organisation is required to report upon. These appear in the form of work items. Refer to Performance Based Acquittals (PBA). |

Supplier (SUP) This area allows the Supplier Administrator (or elevated user) to assign roles permissions and apps to users. Note When the ROLE of the user is not applicable to the Supplier app then a message displays No users found Refer to Assign Permission Role/s. |

Supplier Delegation Service (SDS) This area allows the Supplier Administrator (or elevated user) to locate work items Note When the ROLE of the user is not applicable to the Supplier Delegation Service app then a message displays You are not authorised to access this page.
